Adult Volleyball
We now are running an Adult Advanced/Intermediate Volleyball League with game times from 9AM till 1PM on Saturdays starting November 5, 2022 – March 25, 2023. Limited Spots:

Blue Chips Baseball
Blue Chips is a non-profit program designed to help young men become better baseball players as they grow and mature into fine young men.

Blue Chips is a Baseball Training Program for 6th graders thru High School for elite players that strive to be the best High School Players they can be while having goals of potentially playing College Baseball. We are built on sound fundamentals while teaching life lessons to young men. We develop the Young Man as a Student/Athlete focusing on fundamentals/teamwork/leadership/ baseball specific strength and conditioning allowing him all the tools to be at his best in High School and beyond. We have produced 59 All County/ 27 All MIAA/ 17 All Metro/ 35 All State 1st team /31 Pre Season MSABC All State High Schoolers from 2014- 2021. 79 Players have continued on to play Collegiate Baseball. 2 were drafted in the 2020 MLB Draft.
Currently we have an 11U Team Coached by John Caslin (Towson U) and an 18U High School Team Coached by Scott McCracken

Disc Golf
The Harford County Disc Golf Club was brought together to raise awareness of the sport through various activities. In doing so, we can hopefully get more courses in the area. Other goals include helping maintain all of Harford’s courses and run more tournaments. For information on the club and events make sure to visit the club’s website and follow us on Facebook. Registration for 2021 will be underway on March 1, 2021. the Annual Cost for Membership is $30.

Fitness-Aerobics/Yoga
Churchville Fitness and Yoga is looking for new Aerobics and Yoga instructors. If interested please reach out to program Chair Bobbi Wolff (410-836-2724) for more information.
Aerobic Fitness and Yoga Classes held on a seasonal basis. Aerobic Classes held on Monday and Wednesday mornings. Yoga classes are held on the following schedules, Level 1 classes held on Monday and Wednesday evenings, and Level 2 classes held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Field Hockey
The Churchville Parks and Recreation Field Hockey Program has provided opportunities for youth and adults for more than 30 years! Whether you are a seasoned player or relatively new to the game, you are welcome to find a field hockey home with us and continue to play for many years to come. Our league plays on Wednesday nights during the summer and early fall on a turf field at Harford County’s Cedar Lane Regional Park. When available, registration information is posted at the bottom of this page.

2022 SUMMER SESSIONS
Youth League: Players entering Grades 3-8 (1 session)
Days, Dates: Wednesdays, June 1 – August 3
Time: 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.
Location: Cedar Lane Regional Park, Field 12 (Turf)
Directions and park information: www.cedarlanesports.org
Format: Instruction includes rules introduction, skills development, field positioning and game strategy. Activities will include player warm-up exercises, skills practice and positioning drills, and games.
Bring: Stick, goggles, mouth guard & shin guards, water, turf/tennis shoes & anything else you need for game play.
Cost: $110 (includes league shirt) All online payments will incur a small fee.
Adult League (3 date range options)

Hoppin’ Hawks Jump Rope
2019 / 2020 Hoppin’ Hawks
Our instructional programs run for 8 weeks; open to boys and girls, ages 5 and up. Jumpers will learn single rope skills, partner challenges, speed and power moves, long rope skills, choreographed group routines and Double Dutch.
All new jumpers begin on our intro team- TALONS and jumpers can advance to higher level teams when ready.

2020 Hoppin Hawks Summer Clinic
July 20th – July 24th, 2020
Come hop with the Hoppin’ Hawks! Hoppin Hawk Team members will work with jumpers to learn various skills in jump rope such as single rope, long rope, partner skills and double dutch. All ages welcome and no experience needed. Registration includes daily instruction, snack first day, and commemorative t-shirt.

Pickleball
Pickleball is a fun sport that combines many elements of Tennis, Badminton and Ping Pong. It is played both indoors or outdoors an a badminton sized court and a slightly modified tennis net. It is played with a paddle and a plastic ball with holes as a doubles game. The Churchville Rec. Council Pickleball program offers mixed group play. Registration is limited.
